Our story started over 12 years ago, back in 2009, when me and a high school friend started a small key cutting business out of the back of a Honda Civic. Many people said we were crazy and the business would be a flop, but we knew different. Fast forward to today and you will see that we have grown into a family business spanning two generations and have had the pleasure of serving thousands of customers in the Louisville area.
We didn’t start our business with a new fleet of vans decked out with the latest key cutting and programming equipment. And we definitely didn’t have a crew of veteran locksmiths. We started our business with one simple promise. A promise to do exactly what we said we would do and nothing less. We are crazy about our customers and we believe the best way to build and maintain customer relationships is by treating every customer as if they are your ONLY customer.
